Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives me time to prepare the space for you and ensures your session starts smoothly.

 

3. Where do treatments take place?

 

Treatments are conducted in my private heated massage studio in Northriding, with secure off-street parking and shower facilities.

 

4. I am concerned about cleanliness and hygiene…

 

Having spent 10 years in the beauty industry, I prioritize the highest standards. My studio, myself and the equipment are thoroughly sanitized after every treatment, and both your hands and mine are sanitized throughout the process to ensure a safe and clean environment.

5. What must I bring to my appointment?

 

Everything needed for your treatment is provided in the massage studio. No need to bring anything unless you prefer to.

 

6. Do you offer a travel service to hotels?

 

Currently, I do not offer a travel service to hotels.

 

7. Do you take appointments before or after your listed working hours?

 

No, I only accept appointments during my listed working hours. This ensures I can provide the best service to all my clients while maintaining a balanced schedule.

 

8. Are the fees negotiable?

 

No, my fees are fixed and not negotiable.

 

9. Do you have card facilities?

 

Yes, I accept card payments. Please note there is a 3.89% surcharge for card payments, which will appear as “MG Lifestyle Solutions” on your statement.

 

10. May I talk to you during the treatment?

 

Yes, you are welcome to engage in conversation if you wish. If you prefer a more quiet and relaxing experience, I will respect your space.

 

11. What should I expect during the treatment?

 

You can expect a professional, structured, and deeply relaxing experience. The session is designed to help you unwind both physically and mentally.

 

I also expect all clients to act with respect, courtesy, and consideration at all times.

 

12. How are payments made?

 

Payments are made upfront for all treatments. I have a card machine available to make the process quick and convenient. Feel free to ask if you’d like to explore any upgrades during your treatment, and I’ll be happy to assist.

 

13. Cancellations

 

I truly value your time and ask for the same in return. I also run another business and go to my massage studio specifically to meet clients for these massage appointments.
